Processing and Shipping

Please allow three to five business days for processing time. During peak/holiday times, processing time may be extended to seven business days. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of Tiny Pieces of Happy products, returns and exchanges are currently unavailable. Please reach out via contact form or tinypiecesofhappy@gmail.com if you are unhappy with your purchase, and I will make it right. Cancellation is available as long as the product has not shipped or is not a custom/personalized order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
